On the north side of the island, you’ll find a small campsite with what appears to be the rocky remains of the squirrel’s Dwarven friend from Randvi's tale, and a squirrel nearby. To the west of Gomul-stifla, you’ll find a lake with an island in it. The location of the treasure is in far northern Vangrinn. The Miner and His Calling Map of Randvi’s Tale Location You can get there quickly, by flying up there with the Power of the Raven. The treasure can be found near a campsite near the top of the dam. Midalstifla is the one in the middle, with two statues flanking the dam. There are three dams in the north of Svartalheim. Treasure Location: Midalstifla - about halfway up the dam.Īlvis describes a dam with two giant statues in his tale.The Consequences of Thor’s Folly Map of Alvis’ Tale Location Walk up to the ram skull to collect the treasure. Between the pond and the tree, you’ll find a small shrine. Several hundred meters west, you’ll find a large tree with a waterfall pouring out of it that flows into a pond. There’s a road that leads from the Hreidmar Palace directly west. Gunnar’s tale describes the Dwarf King Hreidmar who lives in his massive palace in southern Gullnamar. Treasure Location: Next to a pond in southern Gullnamar.The King and His Legacy Map of Gunnar’s Tale Location While you’re on the island, take advantage of collecting the 4 Opals that can be found throughout the island. Like Tove mentioned in her tale, there are many snakes in the area, so use Odin’s Sight to highlight them and take them out before approaching the tree. The treasure is found at the foot of the only tree on the island. You’ll find the island several hundred meters south of the shore. Look at the map and follow the border between Vangrinn and Gullnamar south into the sea. Luckily the island is easy to find once you know it’s there. This island is actually quite easy to miss because it’s so on the outskirts that even synchronizing all the high points may not reveal it. Reward: 1250 XP and 1500 Leather (and for 4 Opal on the same island).Treasure Location: Small Island in the south near the border of Vangrinn and Gullnamar.The Mason Who Sought Renown Map of Tove’s Tale Location Two of the treasure hoards are located near gemstones, so if you receive the maps early in your adventure you can collect the treasures and any nearby artifacts at the same time.

Plus you get 5000 XP total for collecting the four treasures. The most notable of which is Randvi’s Tale map which gets you 250 titanium. Each treasure rewards you with a large amount of resources. These will feature the interact prompt only once you’re right at the spot. Additionally, they do not unlock a cosmetic scheme or glow when using Odin’s Sight near the treasure’s location. Unlike most other Treasure Hoard Maps, however, these are not considered artifacts. Collect all four treasures to complete the quest. Listening to each one results in receiving a Treasure Hoard Map for Svartalheim. They’ll tell you legends and tales about Svartlheim.
The quest consists of visiting the location near Ravensthorpe and sitting down to hear stories from some of Eivor’s friends. This could happen when you use the eye on the map to wake up and return to Ravensthorpe, or after completing the quest Pride of the Aesir near the end of the main story arc, whichever comes first. The quest unlocks the first time you wake up from your dream of Svartalfheim.
This side quest is completely optional and can be completed even after having finished the main story of the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC.
